Novacore is the only Swedish producer of V.C.I. rust protection products. The name of our rust protection is Novacore Anti Corrosion N.A.C. 


It is an efficient and simple method for temporary rust protection. The packages are impregnated with an active chemical substance that forms a rust barrier around the surface of the product. 


Today we offer several products, out of which the most are customized. Almost every request is unique, so we are glad to support you with your customized needs. As we use paper from Swedish paper mills and produce the rust protections ourselves, our products are locally produced.

V.C.I. stands for Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor. V.C.I. is used together with packaging material, so that metal products will not suffer from corrosion during storage or transport. 


There are different types of rust protection, where the mode of operation can slightly differ. Normally the active substances in the coating are released from the packaging material and are inhibited on the metal surfaces and, through their presence, prevent corrosion.
