How it works
N.A.C (Novacore Anti Corrosion) is our unique formulation of V.C.I (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor). This active chemical is impregnated into the packaging and works by slowly turning into a vapor form.
Self-healing and non-contact protection
The vapor spreads and forms a protective barrier on all exposed metal surfaces. The packaging does not need to be in direct contact with the product.

Frequently asked questions
VCI packaging operates via vapor-phase action and does not require direct contact with the metal surface. However, it is essential that no barriers exist between the metal and the corrosion-inhibiting material. Depending on the application, wrap the metal directly in the VCI material. If using boxes or pallets, place the VCI lining at both the top and bottom of the outer packaging.
